The unique fashionwear of Edric
Ong combines a touch of the ethnic and orient with
contemporary; innovating styles with creative use of
hand-woven silks and cottons with the unusual use of
elements such as the hand-made rattan buttons.
Edric Ong designs his own
textiles mostly hand woven, hand-painted or
hand-printed with naturals colors drawing his
inspiration from the diverse ethnic culture of
Malaysia. He is very much in the forefront of
promoting 'Sarawak Style'.
